How did we
actually do?
If we have worked together, we would like it straight — including the parts that fell short. Sign in with Google, write a couple of lines, and it goes up as soon as it saves.
Your review is live.
Thank you — genuinely. It is on the ratings page now, exactly as you wrote it. A person still reads every one of these; if anything ever needs to come down, tell us and it comes down.
What happens to it
You sign in, so we know it is you
A Google account keeps the wall honest. It is the only thing stopping anyone typing anything.
It goes up straight away
Your review appears on the ratings page the moment it saves. We read every one afterwards.
Critical feedback is kept too
We would rather know. Nothing is deleted for being unflattering.
Your email is never shown
We store the address on your Google account so we can reply. It is never published.
We do not write our own reviews, and we never will. Everything on the ratings page came from a real person who agreed to it.
Thank you for your review.
We really appreciate it — it is live on the ratings page now.
