What happens to it
Nothing publishes automatically
Every note arrives unpublished and is read by a person before anything happens to it.
We ask before quoting you
Your name and role appear on the ratings page only once you are happy with it.
Critical feedback is kept too
We would rather know. Nothing is deleted for being unflattering.
Your email is never shown
It exists so we can reply, and for nothing else.
We do not write our own reviews, and we never will. Everything on the ratings page came from a real person who agreed to it.
